Directions:

I have been using this product for a short time however, I immediately have felt positive results. I’m 41 and have had trouble staying asleep. I put six drops under my tongue at night and am able to sleep 7-8 hours uninterrupted. This has been amazing for my mental clarity the next day. I also have found that I don’t get as irritable. I got mine yesterday and took a full dropper last night. Sleep was ok but I have been feeling amazing all day. I feel present with no anxiety!!! I usually have a great workout but today's was super powerful!!! Whatever this stuff is, keep making them please :) I just hope I don't build a tolerance to it and have to increase the dosage! I can promise you we will continue to produce our oils and other full spectrum products for the vast future. Our entire family uses them regularly so maintaining the highest quality is key for us. A full dropper is quite a lot to start with and you may benefit more by taking less. The great news is that most individuals experience a negative tolerance with CBD supplementation. Meaning over time, less and less is required to achieve the same effects. So many people seem to be dealing with Endocannabinoid System (ECS) deficiency, most likely caused by environmental factors. It may take some time to get the ECS optimized, but when it finally is... we feel incredible! Once the body/mind achieves a state of balance, it seems less and less CBD is needed on a daily basis.
