How long does it take for my order to be packed and shipped?

Our shipping policy for ready-to-ship items is 1-2 business days. Most days we are able to pack and ship your order out same day if placed before 2pm EST, and many of our customers have left reviews commenting on how quickly we get things mailed out. We love that!

Which countries do you ship to?

ElementHealthSupply.com ships to the US and Canada.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority shipping and come with a tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

U.S. based orders of $100 or more come with free USPS Priority shipping. Orders below $100 are charged a $7.90 shipping cost. We do offer USPS Express Priority for $26 within the US.

Orders placed to Canada over $150 USD are charged a shipping charge of $23 USD. Orders placed to Canada of $150 USD or less are charged a $29 USD shipping charge. We do offer USPS Express Priority Shipping to Canada for $45.

All shipments come with a tracking number.

Once my package has been picked up by the mail carrier, how long will it take to arrive?

We ship from Florida, so if you are in FL, it will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. If you are outside of FL but reside within the US, it will typically take 3-4 business days. If you are in Canada, it will take up to two weeks, possibly more depending on the mail carrier’s volume.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer USPS Express Priority, which is the fastest option through USPS.

I live in Canada. Will I have to pay customs fees to receive my package?

Yes, you will need to pay a duty and tax to receive your package. For shipping to Canada, we always use USPS as other carriers often charge extra fees.

Are your shipping windows guaranteed?

Our shipping estimates are based on the most up-to-date information given to us by mail carriers; however, the shipping windows we offer are estimates and not guarantees. Due to carrier delays outside of our control, refunds will not be issued for delivery outside of the estimated shipping window.

What is considered a business day?

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and are within normal 9-5 business hours.

This is a gift, will there be a receipt in the box?

All orders (gift or not) are sent with only a packing slip detailing what should be in your package. The packing slip will never list

My tracking says that my order was delivered but I can't find it! What do I do?

Call your local post office with the tracking number and ask them to trace it for you. More and more we are seeing mail carriers mark packages as delivered about a day or so before they actually arrive. We also suggest checking with neighbors, family members, or roommates to see if someone is holding onto it for you. If your package still has not shown up after waiting a few days and asking around, please contact us at Info@elementhealthsupply.com
