Directions:

CBD is a hot topic today with good reason but with that hype comes the issue of trying to figure out what is quality and what isn't and I wouldn't recommend any other CBD than Element. Not only is the product beyond words but the Adam the owner and the people behind the product are beyond wonderful. I first bought their extra strength for debilitating anxiety as I was working through the root and just recently started using it with my dog who has cancer - you won't believe this but the tumor is shrinking. She is 15 and we were about to put her down and something told me not to and so we brought her back and then the idea of using CBD popped into my head and now she is walking (no wait running) and her ***** and attitude are back and getting stronger each day. I bought the original for some neighbors to try and they are hooked and have already bumped their order up to the extra strength as they've see improvements in anxiety (one is getting off her meds), bursitis, arthritis (we are actually seeing her fingers starting to straighten out), ankle pain, and sleep issues - each day something new seems to pop up. It is truly amazing when you find a product that is working with the body to heal it rather than to suppress a symptom - the very thing that is asking us to change something. And I am going to be frank - just by the extra strength - it is 3x as concentrated but only 2.5x the price. In the long run you are saving more.

I’ve now tried a few different brands of CBD (Ned, Ojai Energetics), and Element is my favorite. Other brands have been fine, but Element’s different formulas allow for better dosing flexibility, and my body has never had any of the issues (allergic reactions, throat burning) that have accompanied the other products. I’ll be sticking to Element for a while.

I bought this to help me sleep better. It does help me relax and gives me a sense of calm. I take it before bed, along with magnesium, but still not getting great sleep. That being said, I do believe this is a quality product. I might need to take a higher dose or look at other things that are interfering with getting a solid night of sleep.
