Directions:

A long overdue review of this great product. I am 44 years old and an active BJJ practitioner. I do not think I could be as active as I am without using this CBD oil. A few years ago I was at a point where I would wake up sore after training and have difficulty walking down the stairs. After taking CBD oil at night I noticed a significant decrease in muscle soreness and my sleep also improved. It really has been quit a game changer. I have also tried other brands of CBD and they have not been as effective as this.
