Directions:

I started taking it about two months ago and now can tell how much my body relaxes every night after taking it. I start feeling a little happier about 45 minutes after intaking it. I also sleep better through the night and wake up rested. It is nteresting that I even feel calmer during day and deal better with the stress while at work.
